Because Solis™ ULTRA contains electrical heating components, the power source and any removable electrical components must be handled according to the product’s care instructions.

Solis ULTRA - Washing & Care Instructions

Because this garment contains integrated electric heating panels, specific steps must be followed to avoid damaging the internal electronics.⚠️ Crucial Step Before Washing

Remove Power Bank: Disconnect and completely remove the external USB power bank from the storage pocket.
Secure the Cable: Tuck the internal USB power cord fully back inside its pocket and close any pocket zippers or velcro fasteners.

🧺 Washing MethodsOption 1: Hand Washing (Recommended)

Water Temp: Use cool or lukewarm water.
Detergent: Use a mild laundry detergent.
Action: Gently squeeze soapy water through the fabric. Do not wring, twist, or scrub roughly.

Option 2: Machine Washing

Protection: Place the hoodie inside a mesh laundry bag to protect internal wires.
Cycle: Set your machine to a gentle or delicate cycle.
Water Temp: Use cold water only.

☀️ Drying Instructions

Air Dry Only: Hang the hoodie up or lay it flat to dry completely.
No Tumble Drying: Do not use a machine dryer. High heat will damage the heating elements.
No Ironing / Dry Cleaning: Do not iron or dry clean this garment.
Important: Ensure the USB plug is 100% dry to the touch before reconnecting your power bank.
